In Ukraine, according to the law introduced such legal regimes for foreign business entities:

• national treatment, which means that foreign economic entities have the scope of rights and obligations no less than business entities in Ukraine. National treatment applies to all kinds of economic activities of foreign business activities related to their investments in the territory of Ukraine, as well as export and import operations of foreign business entities in countries that are included with Ukraine in economic alliances;

• MFN, which means that foreign economic entities have the extent of the rights , preferences and privileges as duties, taxes and charges enjoyed and / or will be in the foreign business entity of any other State which granted the mentioned mode , except when specified duties, taxes , fees and benefits for them are established under a special regime, as defined below. MFN is provided on the basis of mutual agreement entities of other countries under the relevant contracts Ukraine and used in foreign trade;

• special treatment as is applied to areas of special economic zones as well as areas of customs unions, which includes Ukraine, and in case of any special treatment in accordance with international agreements with Ukraine.
